part 2. and a top 10 list.

List of excuses that I may or may not have used to get out of going to the gym. Sadly, some of these have actually prevailed against my will to get skinny.

1. I don't want to carry my water bottle around.
2. I have a paper cut so I can't touch the free weights, who knows if I have a blood disease that can be transmitted through the weights?! it's best for everyone if I go home.
3. It's raining.
4. I have a new ebook on loan from the library and I only have 3 more days to read it.
5. I only slept 10 hours last night. That's clearly not enough to actually get a good work out in.
6. My birthday is in 4 months.
7. It's too nice outside to go to the gym.
8. It's too cold.
9. I'm hungry.
10. My shoes are dirty.

Yesterdays workout was a hot. tranny. mess. I didn't want to go to the gym at all, but I had made plans to go with Jennifer, so I decided to put my big girl pants on and go. I always feel better after I work out, but the whole 'work out' part generally sucks. I decided to switch things up a bit since I'm getting really bored with the stationary bike, and do 10 minutes on the eliptical. Uh yeah, that was the worst idea I've had in a while. I think I'm drawn to the bike for cardio because it's sitting down (don't judge me) and I'm the laziest person on the face of the planet. I also think I actually burned more calories on the bike (so said myfitnesspal) and the eliptical set my legs on FIRE. At one point I was like, I wonder how bad it would hurt if I just fell off? yeah. that almost happened.

You know the whole "you cant out exercise a bad diet" thing? well. seems like I'm sure as hell trying. I haven't lost any weight in the past 5-6 days, but I've not gained (thank. God. I'm not sure if I could handle that haha). I seem to be treading metabolic water. asozi84na'aw3ifjaflfh. ugggggggggghhhhhhhhh. that's how I feel about that.

Anyways, I guess that's all for this installment of it's called weight watchers, fatty mcfatterson. until next time!
:)
