my muscles have taken a beatdown.

I feel like I've been beaten by a louisville slugger. I know I complain about being sore a lot, but today takes the cake by far.

Yesterday was workout #15. Heavens. It feels like workout #155,000. We did more squats, then a circuit of slams, cleans and presses, power throws and sways, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off (bless him) THEN we did box squats, I guess he's trying to teach me how to do real squats instead of the ones on that step, we did 10 of those, then he was like well bad news is we aren't done, but I'll compromise and we'll do push ups and mountain climbers then more squats. So we did all that, THEN we got on the bike and by we, I mean me. 4 sprint intervals on like an 8 resistance, which was absolutely insane. Even Darin was like this is the most we've ever done. I feel like absolutle crap today.

I also broke down and had a sprite with my lunch today and you know what? I don't care anymore. I'm beyond sick of avoiding soft drinks like the plague. I had about 1/4 of a bottle of sprite and I'm fine with it. I've been so ill satan himself probably can't stand me these past 2 days though. hopefully a nice 16 hour slumber tonight will help chill me out.


Anydrinks, I could take a nap at my desk right now. But alas, I must work for another hour or so. That's all I have for this installment of get it together fatty mcfatpants.
