Sorry this post took me a minute longer than normal to post. Life has been crazy stressful this week. :/
I had to get a physical Friday morning, and I'm down 27lbs from "my heighest recorded weight" at my PMDs office. I'm not going to share what my heighest recorded weight is, but a win is a win, and I'll take it.
Working out Thursday was rough, as usual. I've done 9 workouts, and I had to renew on Thursday, so I'm locked in for another month with the best personal trainer on the planet. After though, when I walked out to my car, I literally was like, this shirt is disgusting and I can not ride home like this. So I drove home in my undershirt because my shirt was literally soaking in my sweat. It was a very successful workout, and I'm still feeling the burn today. We went up to 20lbs during the squats and did a lot more that I don't remember. All I focus on when I'm working out is surviving. Honestly. I can't say enough good things about Darin but working out is still hard for me. He has to be the most patient person on the planet. He says I make everything look easy, but I think everything we do is far from easy. I'm not sure if I should be proud or disgusted by the whole my shirt is too nasty to drive home in. My legs are looking a little smaller and a little more defined. But let me tell you, this is a process. It's easy to get discouraged by the fact I'm still as big as a baby elephant, but if I don't do this now, I'm just going to have to lose more weight when I'm older.
I think I'm becoming "that girl" who is high strung and stressed out all the freakin time. This whole week has had me stressed out. However, I'm trying to learn to leave work at work and enjoy my time at home and relaxing.
I have 2 homework assignments from Darin. #1, I have to find 3 websites that have recipes I would eat from, and #2 is spending like 20-30 minutes outside doing some sort of physical activity. Um, I'd wayyyyy rather just go to the gym. I hate the outdoors. Unless I'm swimming or drinking, I'd always prefer to be indoors and in the air conditioning. I also wish reading counted for physical activity. I'd be a size 00 by tomorrow if that was the case.
If anyone has any suggestions for websites.......... :) feel free to leave them on my facebook page if you don't have a blogger account here.
That's all for now!
